Key Responsibilities:
- Price Verification: Regularly verify the accuracy of product pricing throughout the store, including shelf tags, signage, and electronic systems.
- Promotional Pricing: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement and update promotional pricing, ensuring that discounts and special offers are correctly reflected.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain and update product information, including pricing, descriptions, and codes in the store's computer systems.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors' pricing strategies and provide insights to help our store remain competitive in the market.
- Communication: Coordinate with various departments within the store, including inventory management and merchandising, to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with pricing inquiries and discrepancies, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Price Change Implementation: Execute price changes promptly and accurately, following store policies and procedures.
- Inventory Control: Contribute to inventory control efforts by identifying pricing discrepancies that may affect stock levels and sales.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pricing regulations and guidelines.
